In most cases, it's the same diagnostic equipment that the main dealers use. We don’t use any universal code scanners, and they are not capable of diagnosing all vehicle systems.

Although your car may seem to run fine, it is important to have the issue addressed to prevent long-term problems.

It is recommended to have a test ran every 4,800 kilometers. You can also have a diagnostic test with your regular oil change. It is also very important to have a diagnostic test once your vehicle’s "Check Engine" or "Service Engine Soon" light turns on.

The amount of time can depend on the component of the vehicle that is being diagnosed. However, most tests will only take between 30 to 60 minutes.
